healthy Mexican Food!

Okay everyone wants to lose weight so how can you eat healthy and still be Mexican?

I suggest the following feel free to write me w/ your ideas.

corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas

frijoles de la olla in place of refried beans

chicken in your tacoc instead of pork

tacos instead of burritos

cafe con canela instead of hot chocolate, ni Ybarra ni Mi Abuelita brand.

switch to paletas de agua instead of milk based helados

and of course quit drinking beer!

I usually eat very healthy.
I am an exercise nut  in my other life.
